Database Protocol

A Database Protocol is the organization of existing clinical data stored on a secure platform which can be used for future research. The database protocol itself is NOT meant to be a research study. Once a research question is formulated, you MUST submit a Retrospective Chart Review application.

1. Create a written protocol using the Database Protocol Template.
2. Complete the New Study Form
3. Email both to CRP. You will be contacted shortly with further instructions and the correct IRB application to complete.

You May NOT Begin Your Research Project Prior To CRP And IRB Approval.
